Last Week

• Philipp washed the towels from the orientation event (OE) used for the winter seminar
• Louis has not yet taken care of the mailing list.
• The folding machine from the library is no longer needed, and they asked if we want it

Drinks

• Order drinks
• Better planning for restocking and ordering drinks, as supplies often run out (including specific varieties)
  • All FSR members will get access to the drink storage. At least five members will choose a weekly time to check stock levels
  • What happened to the survey about reducing drink varieties?
• Niklas will create an online Excel sheet to track stock levels and consumption

Budget for Kulturgenießer AG

• The Kulturgenießer AG needs a budget for snacks, movies, etc.
• We unanimously decide that the KulturgenießerAG may spend up to 15€ per month
• If they need more, they should contact us again

Spam on the Wiki

• Many spam pages have been created on the Wiki in recent months
• TODO Louis: Write to the Server AG to delete these pages and come up with a solution to prevent this in the future

Event Promotion

• E-mails about promotions are not reaching students, although there is interest
  • TODO Louis: Contact someone to fix this
• The computer science colloquium is advertised via email but is not well attended by students
  • We will promote it on “FSR Informiert” (TODO Jannis) and Instagram.
• We also want to promote other department events (for example KulturgenießerAG) on Instagram
  • TODO Svea: Mail to the KulturgenießerAG, possibly combined with the email about their budget
• We also want to promote ourselves more
  • We will send an announcement to the WhatsApp community

SongquizAG Foundation

• The Song Quiz AG is to be founded

Drinks

• Tom will order drinks for Tuesday

WiSeEnPa

• Unfortunately, the awareness team was contacted too late for the WiSeEnPa
  • For the WiSeEnPa the new EPAG will organise its own awareness team
  • TODO Philipp: Ask the awareness team how far in advance they need to be contacted to participate
• The EPAG will purchase cleaning supplies for a maximum of €50.
