Last Week (Old TODOs)[Bearbeiten]

Leftovers winter seminar
- Most of the food has been distributed
- Some toast remains; anyone is welcome to take it (in the freezer in the CT)
- The fridge will be moved downstairs after the meeting as requested by some people

There was a request to change the List-ID header of the mafia@ mailing list from "Menge aller fachschaftsinteressierten Aktivisten" to "Menge aller fachschaftsinteressierten Aktivist*innen"
A response was received suggesting this be addressed at the General Assembly (VV)
Currently, the mailing list is not under our control, but we aim to bring it back under FSR management
We generally support renaming the mailing list.
TODO Louis will work on transferring control of mafia@ back to an FSR member
Afterwards we will change the header
TODO Tom (including RFC!) We will reply directly to the requester, avoiding further spam complaints on the mailing list. To maintain transparency, the FSR will inform members via the FSR-Informiert channel

The university’s Stabsstelle (administration office) is currently causing some difficulties
The event request is being processed by someone new, which has led to unusual challenges
Table tennis tables have been organised through Hochschulsport
Philipp is coordinating with the Stabsstelle to resolve the issue
Finalise until Friday. Depending on outcome, there will be an invitation or not

We discussed:
- Information Event for theses
- New Professorships
- Room planning again
We want to inform the student body about available info resources for theses
- TODO Justus prepare mail for stud@
In the future, students should receive this information in some formal event (e.g., a seminar?)
