An Automatic Planning Approach and its Algorithm Based on Petri Net Representation.

Abstract: The author proposes an approach to robot assembly planning using Petri net modelling. The representation of assembly problems is discussed and an algorithm of planning based on Petri nets is developed. The algorithm can also be applied to other planning problems.
