The Modelling of Microprocessor Protection Systems for Power Supplies.

Abstract: The paper describes the modelling of a microprocessor-based relay protection system, employing an extended temporal Petri network. The latter exhibits a high clarity of representation and a good modelling capability. The extension, in this case, is the inclusion of inhibiting branches.
