Abstract: Although often workflow management is said to have failed, we believe that there are many benefits stemming from the right deployment of that technology. In this talk I will discuss how workflow management can support integration efforts in enterprises. In more detail, I will analyse how workflow management is able to support e-commerce applications and how it is able to support enterprise application integration tasks.
