Explanation 1-9:

  1. Please check the boxes if you have these required documents: Signed online form, CV, Letter of motivation.
  2. Please check the box if you have completed a language proficiency test. Provide the name and score of your test. The following language proficiency tests and scores and higher: CEFR/TELC Level B2 or higher, IELTS 6.5 >=, TOEFL IBT >=90, PBT >=575, CBT >=230, Cambridge CAE or CPE. (see English language proficiency)
  3. Please check the first box if you can provide a copy of a completed transcript. If you are still studying, check the second box. (see Transcript of records)
  4. Please list all the core Computer Science courses, which you think count for the formal requirement of 60 ECTS, in a self-made table. The table should contain 1. the name of the course as it appears in your transcript, 2. a short description of the course’s Computer Science contents, the corresponding credit points (CP) and/or hours (CH) of the course you have completed. Additionally, state the total amount of CP/CH of your degree as well as the total amount of CP/CH of your Computer Science courses. Make sure that the courses you list can be found in your transcript or other official documents of your university. (see Self-made table)
  5. If you can provide a copy of your final bachelor certificate, please check the box and state your final grade in numbers. In case you have not yet finished your degree, state your current grade average. Make sure the grade (preliminary/final) can be found in an official document, e.g., transcript. (see BSc certificates)
  6. To compare your grade to others, please provide your grading scale/system in numbers. The grading scale has to contain the minimum passing grade and the maximum grade. E.g., in GPA grading scales “1” often is the minimum passing grade and “4” the maximum of the degree’s grading scale. Please provide evidence for your grade and your grading scale (e.g., certificate or transcript). (see Overall grade)
  7. Please tell us how long you have already studied (actual length). Please tell us the standard period of study of your study program in years (standard length). For instance, “3.5/4” means that you have done 3.5 years out of 4 years of your program.
  8. Please state the name of the Bachelor course you are applying with (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering, Economics, etc.).
  9. Please state the name of your university and country (e. g., Visvesvaraja University India, Universität Osnabrück Germany, Technical University of Madrid Spain, etc.).

Be reminded that you need to provide official proof (grade, grading system, certificates, period of study)! For the application, you can send the documents in simple paper copy.

Please, put your application documents in this order: Cover Sheet, Signed Online Form, CV, Motivation Letter, Language Test, Transcript, Self-made table, Bachelor Certificate, everything else.
