Abstract: A framework already defined to classify office phenomena is used to identify and classify parameters to be significantly evaluated inside socio-technical systems. The main emphasis is given to parameters that can be measured on models of such systems, specifically by using a special representation language which is based on a class of Petri nets and combines a modular system representation with a sound mathematical semantics. This characteristic allows the use of formal evaluation techniques already defined inside net theory.
