FSR Informiert

• How should we implement the English version?
• Accepted proposal: One channel for German/English (English version below) and links to both
• Sina will translate the protocols and learn how to upload them
• More promotion for cookies at meeting
• Announcement in Mafiasi channel [TODO:Jannis/Sina?]

Drink prices in c.t.

• Situation: Large price differences among drinks
  • for example Fritz is very expensive, Astra is very cheap
• Proposal: Conduct a Bitpoll for the entire department to identify the most popular drink options
  • Alternatively, vote via paper/QR code at the fridge
  • On the other hand: sales numbers should speak for themselves
  • One type per shelf (less frequent restocking)
  • But we shouldn’t restrict ourselves too much
• Review sales numbers, create a Bitpoll, and propose a price to the FSR [TODO: Philipp + Tom]
• Communicate to Ceres during the next order that we’d rather not have Mate than only the 0.33L variant

AGs

• Justus will draft guidelines for AGs and present them to the FSR for approval
• Funds should serve a broad range of students fairly
• Create a mail template for AG founding[TODO: Philipp]
